Jack Edwards, NESN's play-by-pay man for the Boston Bruins, had an incredible call of Patrice Bergeron's game-winning overtime goal against the Toronto Maple Leafs in Game 7. The Bruins trailed the Leafs by three goals in the 3rd period, and won the game.
For no apparent reason, we watched this today after the show and it was awesome to revisit. You have to love the goalie fight with Mike Vernon and Patrick Roy.

Susannah Collins was fired by CSN Chicago after her slip-up went viral last week. Collins quickly recovered when she said the Chicago players were having "a tremendous amount of sex," instead of success.
It seems like a pretty cheap excuse for a firing, but Larry Brown Sports speculated that the network could have dug up information about a possible relationship with a player.
Another day, another incredible video of sports fans showing their support for Boston. This time the Boston Bruins fans took over the singing of the national anthem in the first major sporting event since Monday's marathon bombings.
It was a chilling experience to see the Boston Fire Department Honor Guard represent the city's first responders. As singer Rene Rancourt began to quiet his singing, the arena took over and finished the anthem.
